It doesn't matter how old you are or how long you've been dancing. Our Salsa dance classes are for everyone from beginners to advanced dancers. We've designed our classes to help you learn the fastest as well as keep you having fun.
No Partner Required
Come alone or come with a friend. We will pair you up in class and help you start dancing Salsa faster. Most of our students come alone and meet new people in class. We randomly pair you up in class and rotate partners every few minutes so that you get a chance to dance with everyone.
TORONTO SALSA CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our beginner salsa lesson teaches basic Salsa steps, partner connection, simple turn patterns, salsa timing and musicality. We will teach you to connect with your partner in closed and open position, including how to lead your partner into a salsa turn pattern. In the beginner classes we will teach you techniques including partner connection, leading, following and turning.
TORONTO SALSA CLASS DESCRIPTION: The level 2 salsa lessons will focus more on partnerwork and salsa turn patterns as we add salsa styling for both men and women. We will focus on body isolations and salsa shines. Students will continue to improve their leading and following skills with salsa turn patterns. This course will involve multiple spins, traveling turns, directional changes, hand switches and tricky salsa turns patterns.
TORONTO SALSA CLASS DESCRIPTION: The advanced salsa course will focus on salsa turn patterns, multiple spins, styling, shines and footwork. In the course you will learn to execute complicated turn patterns that involve multiple spins, hand switches, mis-directions and salsa dips. Students will learn to improve their musicality and break free from traditional salsa turn patterns.
